Key Responsibilities

\n
• Own recurring revenue, billing accuracy, and revenue recovery for connected assets.
\n
• Reconcile installed connections with billing records and identify missed or incorrect revenue.
\n
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue per connection through additional services, software, upgrades, and pricing strategies.
\n
• Manage activation, onboarding, billing, renewals, cancellations, and asset lifecycle processes.
\n
• Serve as business owner for ERP, CRM, and recurring-revenue systems and improve process automation.
\n
• Build dashboards tracking billing accuracy, revenue per connection, activation, churn, missed revenue, and recovery.
\n
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, Product, and Customer Support to improve revenue processes and accountability.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
\n
• Experience in revenue operations, finance, recurring revenue, SaaS, or related areas.
\n
• Strong data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience with ERP/CRM, billing systems, pricing, and large data sets.
\n
• Experience with recurring revenue/SaaS or revenue generated from installed equipment or connected assets.
\n
