\nRole Description The Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boise, ID, responsible for optimizing revenue performance across rooms, events, and food and beverage outlets. This role includes monitoring daily occupancy, rate, and booking trends, analyzing historical and forecast data, and adjusting pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
\nThe Revenue Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop packages, promotions, and channel strategies that align with market demand and hotel positioning. Day-to-day activities involve preparing revenue and forecasting reports, managing distribution channels and OTA relationships, ensuring accurate revenue recognition practices, and recommending data-driven actions to leadership.
