  9. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional rapport with all residents, applicants, vendors and staff
  10. Take a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives as well as to facilitate the successful performance of others
  11. Communicate with residents regarding repairs in a caring, compassionate manner that upholds Hornig Companies’ customer service reputation as well as Fair Housing guidelines

  3. Culture of positivity
  4. Small-company family values inside a growing organization that invests in technology, well-maintained buildings and over 65 years of ownership stability
  5. Ownership that respects your knowledge, trusts you to do your job and appreciates your contributions
  6. Opportunity to work with peers that share camaraderie and a passion for their profession

What should I bring to the team?

  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, owners, vendors and team members
